Participating in the World Meeting of Family Congress, Festival, and attending two Papal Masses as a family was a tremendous blessing for us. At the Congress, through the speakers we listened to and the activities our children took part in, we learned how to try to confront and problem solve together to better ourselves and to move forward in our Catholic faith. The fun-filled festival provided us with the opportunity to listen to great faith-inspired entertainment and testimonies with Pope Francis present. Lastly, witnessing the Canonization of Junipero Serra and the WMOF Papal Masses were marvelous experiences that we will forever hold in our hearts.
We left on this pilgrimage as a large group of pilgrims and through the experiences we shared with others, we truly feel that we arrived back home as one big family. Thank you Bishop Barnes and San Bernardino Diocese!
