Captain Catholic, then and now

Several years ago, the Inland Catholic BYTE published a recurring section in the Schools & Youth pages called, Captain Catholic. It was a student drawn comic strip that was drawn monthly by students at Sacred Heart School in Rancho Cucamonga. St. Francis de Sales School Principal Trenna Meins, who led Sacred Heart when Captain Catholic was created there, has initiated the restart of the comic strip with her new students at St. Francis. This time, students from St. Francis de Sales School are using a digital program to create the comic strip, depicted in the photo to the right, compared to drawing the comic strip by hand, depicted in the photo to the left by Sacred Heart School students in 2018.
