That was for me the message at the World Meeting of Families. We all were reminded to love our families, to pass on our values, to struggle together, to reconcile, to reach out and to be inclusive, especially of our young and our grandparents. We, as bishops, were asked to shepherd our families in all their experiences, to be there with and for them. All were reminded of the centrality of the family for the good of the Church and of society. It is where it all begins and from which much fruit comes for all.
