This is a result of the contributions of time, talent, and treasure of many supporters over a period of three years. It included substantial remodeling of existing rooms, plumbing and electrical upgrades, the development of religious and academic curricula, a new playground completely donated by the Shea Foundation, and licensing through the State of California.

The facilities were dedicated on August 15, the Feast Day of Our Lady of the Assumption, with a blessing from Father Romeo Selección, MS, Espiscopal Vicar of the San Bernardino Pastoral Region, and Parish Administrator Father Henry Sseriiso. Hung proudly in the preschool, a plaque with the motto “Sharing Christ Today with the ‘Littlest’ Leaders of Tomorrow!” cites the Founding Benefactors.

This project was initially spearheaded by OLA School Board President, Myrna Cordova, Principal Long, and OLA Parish members Richard Doyle, Katy Slepski, and Barbara Reynolds. The school is open five days a week and offers a variety of schedule options. These facilities are licensed for a maximum of 18 students and have a current enrollment of 12.
