PERRIS—On May 14, St. James the Less, Perris, held a special ceremony for the dedication of a heritage time capsule to be opened in 50 years, in May 2073. The capsule, which was blessed by Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus Rutilio del Riego, holds items that represent parishioners to give future generations a glimpse at what life was like in 2023.
