Religious men and women celebrate Consecrated Life Mass

As it does each February, the Diocese honored consecrated men and women with a special Mass and gathering. The Consecrated Life Mass was held this year on Feb. 25 at Vina de Lestonnac Retreat Center in Temecula. Bishop Alberto Rojas celebrated the Mass. Also in attendance was Sister Mary Frances Coleman, RSM, Director of the Diocesan Office of Consecrated Life. At the Consecrated Life Mass, religious men and women were honored on the occasion of their 25th, 50th, 60th and 70th Jubilee anniversaries. They were Sr. Jeanne Marie Ramirez, O.D.N. (70th), Sr. Ernestine Velarde, O.D.N. (60th), Sr. Suzanne Jabro, C.S.J. (60th), Sr. Felicitas Almanza Ojeda, M.G.Sp.S. (60th), Sr. Heeja Peter Ham, M.S.H.M. (50th), Rev. Stephen Nguyen, O.Cist (25th), Rev. Francis Assisi Nguyen, O.Cist (25th) and Rev. Sagayaraj Emmanuel, M.S.C. (25th).
