On Jan. 16, Bishop Alberto Rojas had the honor of meeting with Mexican Cónsul Julio César Huerta García (far right), Guatemalan Cónsul Raquel Donado (second from left), and Salvadoran Cónsul Bernardo Menjívar (far left), along with their staffs. It was the first time the Bishop of the Diocese convened such a meeting of all three consuls together. Bishop Rojas expressed thanks to the consuls for their collaboration and open dialogue in service of the people in the diocese who hail from those countries. The Consulates provide a variety services, such as the issuance of passports, consular registration, civil registration, legal assistance and support in emergencies.
