As an organization that prides itself on helping others, Catholic Charities is offering group sessions and individual consultations for a nominal fee of $20. This fee not only includes the necessary forms needed to apply for DACA, but includes a screening for other immigration benefits as well. These include but are not limited to Family Petition, Naturalization, adjustment of status, and Violence Against Women Act. During the group consultation sessions, clients are given an opportunity to ask vital questions regarding their application and how DACA can affect them.
One of Catholic Charities’ goals with these consultations is to prevent vulnerable individuals from being scammed and misled by fake immigration specialists.
