A handful of Catholic school students did well enough at the county-level RIMS Science and Engineering Fair to earn a trip to the state level competitions scheduled for April and May. St. Adelaide Academy, St. Edward School, St. Hyacinth Academy and Sacred Heart Academy were all proud to have gold medal winning students among their county peers.

Priests share joy over vocation at special day

SAN JACINTO—Cheers and shouts of joy filled the air as the priests in basketball jerseys made their way to the basketball court. Seeking to instill an excitement for vocations among youth, several priests and seminarians visited St. Hyacinth Academy in San Jacinto March 7 for a Vocations Awareness Day.
The Vocations Awareness Day began with a reconciliation service at St. Anthony Parish and continued with the priests and seminarians visiting the students at their classrooms.
Catholic school students go for the gold at ICSL track meet
SAN BERNARDINO—Hundreds of students from Catholic schools all over the diocese competed in the annual Inland Catholic Sports League track meet on April 20 at Aquinas High School.
The events were blessed with good weather and a spirit of fun and competition. In all 15 new meet records were set and one was equaled. Below are the meet results.

Others might have different views on things, others might have looked at people differently, and yet others may compare themselves to other people to see who is better. But are we not all the same? Are we not all bound together by one God? Are we not all equal in this world?
