Through the voices of survivors, the realities of learning to live with homicide are clearly brought to light. There are long term challenges to healing and a great sense of compassion is greatly needed. It is time to take note of these survivors and pray with them.
The Diocesan Office of Restorative Justice is organizing special Eucharistic Liturgies during Lent to celebrate the life and memories of those taken too soon from our homes, our families, and our hearts. Please see the schedule below for all the locations, dates, and times of our celebrations. Our Bishops and Episcopal Vicars will celebrate and remember with fondness the names and faces during these nights. Families are welcome to bring a small framed photo of their loved one.
