Seventh grader William Porayouw took first place in the Science Competition, seventh grader Cassidy Chiong captured the top prize in English, and seventh grader Arielle Cunanan was victorious in the Social Studies competition.
Sacred Heart Academy, which won the Diocesan Academic Decathlon on March 5, placed seventh in the Super Quiz competition at the state level. The event took place at St. Edward the Confessor School (which also won the competition) in Dana Point.
