Henry and Melvin in turn presented the cross to Father Leonard DePasquale, Vicar Forane and Administrator of St. Bernardine Parish, and the cross was placed in the sanctuary of St. Bernardine to remain there for two weeks. It was then on its way to St. Anthony Parish, San Bernardino, and from there will continue to travel throughout the year 2017 to all the parishes of the Vicariate, staying approximately two weeks at each parish until it is returned to Our Lady of Guadalupe at the conclusion of the Liturgical Year on the feast of Jesus Christ our Universal King.
